Position Summary

The Project Administrator provides support to the Director of the Capital Programs and Planning (CPP) in the administration of the of the CPP offices at Rose Hill and Lincoln Center, facilitating the issuance and renewal of vendor Master Service Agreements, providing support to Program Management Team Members, making payments and reporting under the Violations Management Program, and any other assigned duties that are relevant to the role this position plays in CPP.

 

Essential Functions

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES:

  • Orders office supplies, maintains office equipment, tracks general office expenses, and receives visitors to the CPP offices.

  • Electronically processes all non-financial documents requiring signature of either the AVP of Facilities Management or the Director of CPP.

  • Schedules meetings, communicates with the Fordham Community regarding project updates and other related duties.

  • Generates and maintains departmental databases (manuals, insurance log, vendor log, etc.). Provides general support to AVP & Director including expenses, calendar management, meeting minutes, etc.

 

MASTER SERVICE AGREEMENTS PROCESS FACILITATOR:

  • Facilitates vendor CPP’s Master Service Agreements (MSA’s) from initiation to execution.

  • Maintains vendor information, MSA, and insurance database.

  • Assists Director, CPP in managing the acquisition policy.

 

PROGRAM MANAGEMENT TEAM SUPPORT:

  • Cross-trains on all aspects of Program Management and can step into these roles either during times of high volume or when a CPP Team Member is out of the office.

  • Electronically processes vendor invoices to financial management systems.

 

VIOLATIONS MANAGEMENT:

  • Is responsible for payment of violations, including credit card transactions.

  • Coordinates representation at violation hearings with Fordham’s outside counsel.

  • Gathers and electronically processes all appropriate documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Some experience with online data management systems

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Creative problem-solver

  • Good sense of office decorum and workflows

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree

 

Minimum Starting Salary: $65,000

 

Maximum Starting Salary: $71,880

 

Note: Salary is commensurate with qualifications, experience, and skills.
