Position Description

Rider University, an NCAA Division I institution and member of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC), seeks an individual for the part-time position of Head Coach, Golf. The successful individual will manage all aspects of running a Division I golf program including coaching, teaching, development, scheduling and recruiting.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Demonstrated experience in coaching/teaching golf.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of and/or willingness to learn and comply with NCAA, conference, and university rules and regulations.
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
- Satisfactory background and/or DMV checks required
Position Preferred Qualifications/Experience
- Demonstrated experience as a collegiate golf coach, preferably at the Division 1 level.
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting collegiate golfers, both in the northeast region and beyond.
