Western Nebraska Community College is currently accepting applications for the position of Alliance Campus Director.

Responsibilities: Lead the coordination of efforts at the Alliance Campus and the communities in the Northern Tier of the WNCC service area to ensure consistent provision of services. Create and sustain an environment that supports increased enrollment, retention and engagement of students and community members. Facilitate strong, effective communication and teamwork to lead staff with multiple areas of focus toward a shared vision, while ensuring staff meet their department and position goals.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience positively interacting with people from a variety of backgrounds, setting goals and developing strategies, supervising, and communicating with a multifunctional team, and working in higher education preferred. Possession of, or the ability to obtain, an appropriate, valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record that does not exclude the driver from coverage under WNCC’s vehicle insurance required.

Salary: Salary begins at $67,000 but may be adjusted due to education and experience. Excellent benefits.
