Essential Job Duties

As a Temporary WordPress Developer for ITS Digital Services, UNC’s in-house web team that offers central WordPress-based web development and hosting services for the university, you will play a pivotal role supporting, implementing, and maintaining WordPress solutions for our school’s faculty and external clients. Your responsibilities will involve interacting with campus customers to understand their development and content needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide training on our services. You’ll also build strong relationships with campus partners to ensure our offerings align with their requirements. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to web development projects, handling bug fixes and supporting more intricate initiatives.
