Sr. Finance Manager, Revenue Operations

As Aya continues the goal of driving growth and maximizing revenue through innovative solutions and exceptional team performance, we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Finance Manager, Revenue Operations to join our Finance team. This role is pivotal in optimizing our revenue generation processes and ensuring operational efficiency across our sales, marketing, and other teams.

The Sr. Finance Manager, Revenue Operations will be a key individual contributor responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to enhance sales team compensation plans and target quotas.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in analytics, particularly related to sales compensation and quotas, as well as experience with HubSpot. This role requires a deep understanding of revenue operations best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Insights:
    • Analyze sales performance data, compensation plans, and quotas to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across sales, marketing, and customer success.
    • Conduct pipeline analysis to forecast revenue and identify potential risks or opportunities.
  • CRM and System Management:
    • Leverage HubSpot/CRM for data analysis and reporting.
    • Ensure effective use of HubSpot's CRM and other tools to support sales and revenue operations.
    • Work with IT and software vendors to troubleshoot system issues and implement updates or changes.
  • Sales Compensation Plans:
    • Design, implement, and manage analytics related to sales compensation plans.
    • Ensure alignment with business goals and drive improvements based on data-driven findings.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment on revenue goals and strategies.
    • Provide support for strategic initiatives, including new product launches, pricing changes, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Revenue Strategy & Planning:
    • Assist in the development and execution of revenue strategies, including pricing models, customer segmentation, and sales compensation plans.
    • Support quarterly and annual revenue planning by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus.
  • 5+ years' experience in a similar analytical role, with a focus on sales compensation plans. Experience in a high-level individual contributor or lead role is preferred.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, SQL).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and analytics tools is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and drive change.

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be$160,000to $205,000annually.

The pay scale for this position may vary if applicantpossesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager's discretion.
