Class Description
The primary goal of this role is to advocate for the College, the Early College Access Programs and its students while facilitating the development of a comprehensive career counseling program in partnership with DEWD/WDB and Baltimore County Public Schools.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required in Education, Marketing, Communications, Public Administration, or a related field and Master’s Degree preferred. Experience in Admissions or Student Services working with diverse student populations is preferred. Two years experience working with high school students required.
Compensation within the posted range is determined by a candidate's education level and/or years of experience in the field. Generally, employees are hired in the lower third of the scale.
