HRIS Analyst
Job Description
KJ is seeking a Dayforce experienced HRIS Analyst who will be responsible for gathering and analyzing configuration requirements for the Dayforce system to enhance functionality, streamline user experience, and deploy workflow automation. The role also includes developing People Team dashboards, providing workforce analytics, and offering technical support and training to People Team staff and other users while staying up to date with the latest HR technology trends. The HRIS Analyst will collaborate with IT and Accounting to ensure seamless system integrations, data integrity, and compliance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze configuration requirements Dayforce system to improve functionality and user experience.
- Develop and maintain People Team dashboards, reports, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Design and implement workflow automation for HR processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with data privacy regulations across all HR systems.
- Provide guidance to all People Team staff on efficient and accurate use of core HR processes.
- Train Managers, People Team, and Employees on Dayforce system.
- Create and maintain an environment in which accurate, clean HR data is accessible to appropriate users and People Team staff.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and provide insights on workforce trends and HR metrics.
- Collaborate with IT department to ensure seamless integration of HR systems with other business applications.
- Assists with configuring, testing, and launching Dayforce HRIS features.
- Write, maintains, and supports a variety of reports and queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR Management, or related field with four (4) or more years of experience in HR systems administration or HR analytics.
- Experience with Dayforce system highly preferred.
- Experience leading system implementation projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Work Location: Denver, CO * San Diego, CA * Tampa, FL * Dallas, TX
Salary range for this position is anticipated to be $95,000 to $120,000, and may vary based upon education, experience, qualifications, licensure/certifications and geographic location.
