Student Life Student Worker (Multiple Positions)
Job Description
The Student Life Student Worker is responsible for assisting the Student Life Department with frequent advertisement, social media posts, photo shoots at events internally and externally, and set-up / take down of events. This position may frequently need to attend athletic and student life events. This individual will need to maintain cleanliness and organization of the mascot suit, the Dean of Student’s Office and other department locations. Other various duties as needed include, but are not limited to, hosting intramural sports, wearing the mascot suit, serving as a mascot handler, and conducting dinosaur tours. It is essential that this individual accomplish assigned duties in an efficient, effective, and competent manner and strive for improvement and excellence in all work performed while following all college policies, rules, regulations, and guidelines as they relate to this position.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality.
- Must be courteous, friendly, reliable and punctual.
- Ability to work with and interact with others in an open and inclusive way.
- Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to work alone and on a team with their supervisor.
- Ability to work some nights and weekends.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Willingness to represent Western Wyoming Community College in a positive manner.

The applicant must be a student at Western Wyoming Community College enrolled in at least 6 credit hours. Work hours are contingent upon your current academic schedule.
Knowledge of working with social media.
