NV5 is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join our growing team who would be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of proposal production and marketing efforts.
The role of a Proposal Coordinator is pivotal, and requires an individual to oversee the creation and tracking of schedules, prepare proposal outlines that align with RFP requirements, and coordinate various aspects of contract reviews and theme development. A Proposal Coordinator must also be adept at writing non-technical proposal sections, designing graphics, assembling the final proposal, and managing its production and delivery.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive schedules for proposal tasks and deliverables.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical staff to craft compelling proposal themes and narratives.
- Oversee the creation of supporting graphics and the assembly of final proposal documents.
- Manage the timely production and delivery of proposals to potential clients.
- Generate and update project descriptions and technical staff resumes regularly.
- Maintain the integrity of CRM data and manage proposal-related documentation.
- Produce marketing reports and contribute to regional projects as part of the broader marketing team.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or Communications is highly preferred.
- Proven expertise in writing, editing, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, MS Office Suite, and familiarity with Deltek/Vision CRM or equivalent.
- A background in the engineering/construction industry is advantageous.
- A solid professional track record with 3-10 years of relevant experience in proposal coordination or related fields.
The pay range for this California position is $38.47 - $43.27 per hour; however, base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
