The Business Development Manager will develop and manage new accounts for Educational Services & Therapy. He or she will proactively generate new business and strengthen existing client relationships, exceeding sales goals and offering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities:
- Proactively call prospective clients to generate new business
- Persistently use traditional and creative methods to reach new points of contact with current clients to sell and maintain Educational Services & Therapy service line
- Continuously generate client leads using high-volume calls and emails
- Submit appropriate candidates for Educational Services with our contracted client facilities
- Cultivate and maintain valuable relationships with prospective clients
- Ensure the satisfaction of our client facilities through proactively meeting their staffing needs with alacrity
- Renegotiate contracts with healthcare facilities resulting in mutually beneficial terms
- Strive for continuous improvement and career advancement
RequiredQualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (direct industry experience can be substituted)
- Direct relevant experience in Educational Services & Therapy staffing sales required
- Proven success in a metrics-driven environment
- At least 3 years track record as a top producer in a sales position
- Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service
- Ability to relate to a variety of people and sustain meaningful relationships

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $33.65 hourly, which equates to $70,000 annually, plus commissions.
The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager's discretion.
