Senior Systems T&E Analyst - Top Secret Clearance
Job Description
Looking for: A mission-driven professional with an acquisition and Test & Evaluation background and Active Top Secret clearance to become our next Systems Test & Evaluation Analyst in San Diego. The candidate will support our PCS C4I Team.
As a Systems Test & Evaluation Analyst you will:

A week in the life of a Systems Test & Evaluation Analyst:
- Support all T&E planning, processes, and coordination to support the development of a Test & Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP)
- Provide PMW 120 with relevant information and recommendations on T&E policy and practice.
- Support will include collaboration across PMW 120 programs and Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR), PEO C4I, Naval Information Warfare Centers Atlantic and Pacific, and other Navy and joint program offices.
- Support will include access to program office-related SCI documentation and designated SCI Facilities.
- Provide acquisition and T&E support for classified programs within Navy PEO C4I, PMW 120 Information Operations (IO) programs.
- Support to include provide SME, T&E, and technical support to the Spectral POR for the development of technical documentation such as: (Capability Development Document (CDD), Systems Engineering Plan (SEP), Test & Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP), Acquisition Strategy (AS)/Acquisition Plan (AP), Product Protection Plan (PPP), Information Support Plan (ISP).
- Bachelors Degree- Bachelor of Science is minimum required. Engineering discipline preferred.
- Active Top Secret
- Travel will include 1 trip per quarter to Norfolk, VA.
At least 10 or more years experience in:
- Navy T&E, C4I systems analysis, or C4I systems acquisition.
- Knowledge of JCIDS and DODAF documentation requirements and the Joint Information Environment (JIE), Intelligence Community Information Technology Enterprise (ICITE), the Defense Intelligence Information Enterprise (DI2E).

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is $ 110,000 - 130,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
