Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Project Coordinator to support our dynamic team in managing multiple, complex, and community-based projects. The ideal candidate will act as a key support pillar to project and program managers for the Center for Health and Research Transformation's (CHRT) Health and Social Equity team, ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of large community-level systems change projects and initiatives. This role will include interfacing with and coordinating efforts of a wide range of internal and external stakeholders in health, social-service, and community resident sectors. This position reports to the WHI Senior Project Manager.

Background Screening
Michigan Medicine conducts background screening and pre-employment drug testing on job candidates upon acceptance of a contingent job offer and may use a third party administrator to conduct background screenings. Background screenings are performed in compliance with the Fair Credit Report Act. Pre-employment drug testing applies to all selected candidates, including new or additional faculty and staff appointments, as well as transfers from other U-M campuses.
