Job Summary

We are seeking a Financial or Business Analyst to join our dedicated team of revenue cycle professionals in our Revenue Cycle Analytics Team.  The preferred candidate will be a self-motivated professional that can function independently or collaboratively within the team.  They will require minimal day-to-day supervision to deliver projects in a timely and effective manner.   We are looking for an individual with strong analytical skills, creative problem solving and the ability to translate analyses into actionable information.  Must be able to perform business case and root cause analyses.  Participate in projects to improve reporting, analysis, financial, and operational performance of Revenue Cycle.

Background Screening

Michigan Medicine conducts background screening and pre-employment drug testing on job candidates upon acceptance of a contingent job offer and may use a third party administrator to conduct background screenings.  Background screenings are performed in compliance with the Fair Credit Report Act. Pre-employment drug testing applies to all selected candidates, including new or additional faculty and staff appointments, as well as transfers from other U-M campuses.
