Job Summary
This position reports to the Compliance Senior Director of the Audits, and Investigations (CAI) segment within Michigan Medicine Corporate Compliance's Office. This position will provide administrative and substantive support to the Intake function within the Corporate Compliance Department. This position will require knowledge of and adherence to standard operating procedures; triaging Intake matters to the appropriate subject matter expert and, in some instances, managing the Intake (with guidance and input from others within the office); monitoring to ensure appropriate completion of Intake matters; following up to assure risks are mitigated; creating metrics and reports that demonstrate progress towards goals and developing reports and other visual aides to inform leadership and customers of work that is underway or completed.

Background Screening
Michigan Medicine conducts background screening and pre-employment drug testing on job candidates upon acceptance of a contingent job offer and may use a third party administrator to conduct background screenings. Background screenings are performed in compliance with the Fair Credit Report Act. Pre-employment drug testing applies to all selected candidates, including new or additional faculty and staff appointments, as well as transfers from other U-M campuses.
